Based on the information you enter , such as the number of family members, your and their genders and age groups, and your residential settings, TSN shows a list and quantities of items you need to stockpile. Referring to the list, you could, for example, purchase relevant items online. You could also print out or store on your device the list and use it as a shopping list.
※The Tokyo Metropolitan Government has no intention to use TSN to promote or advertise specific products or suppliers or endorse their functions or efficacy. Also, please be careful of products and websites spoofing the name of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government.
TSN publishes helpful articles such as “What are anticipated to happen when a major natural disaster occurs,” “Examples of emergency stockpiles and tips for stockpiling,” and “Useful hazard maps and menu plans for better disaster preparedness.” Given disaster preparedness efforts may vary by household, it would be useful to refer to these articles, in addition to the above-said list and quantities of items.
Hazard maps of each municipality in Tokyo and related information are posted.
TSN posts links to related websites such as “Useful Information Websites in the Event of a Disaster,” “Links to Related Organizations,” “Helpful Related Information Websites,” and “Safety Confirmation in the Event of a Disaster.” Please utilize the list of links to get more information about disaster prevention and stockpiling.
